Job description
Designation: Asst. Restaurant Manager
1. Supervising crews and shift leaders and maintaining the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness with a constant focus on profitability
2. Coordinating staff training with crew trainers
3. Maintaining a cooperative and harmonious working relationship between management team and your crew
4. Handling HR issues as they arise, including disciplinary write-ups
5. Conducting weekly inventories
6. Supporting management team and General Manager in their operational decisions
7. Maintaining reports and records based on company standards and in full compliance with state and federal regulations
8. Maintaining building and equipment via proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures
9. Assuming responsibility for cash for all shifts, including bank deposits and ensuring that all cash procedures are properly adhered to Maintaining professional appearance and demeanour at all times
10. Ensuring that all sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures are observed and enforced
11. Consistently exhibiting the actions and behaviours that best demonstrate Boddie-Noell Enterprises Vision and Values
12. Performing other tasks as directed by management
