Lead end-to-end testing activities for CRM and Posidex platforms.
Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Oversee integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
Manage test environments and data requirements.
Track and report test metrics and defect status.
Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
Mentor junior QA/test engineers on the team.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile environment).
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in testing CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Siebel).
Hands-on experience with Posidex (identity matching, deduplication systems).
Strong understanding of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).
Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
Familiarity with automation tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, UFT).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
