Job Description
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Content Creator to produce high-quality content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, branding, and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Research and create original content for social media, websites, blogs and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to build engaging content strategies
- Develop content calendars and schedule regular posts
- Create short-form video scripts, captions, and promotional copy
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics and trends
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging
- Stay up-to-date with content trends, SEO best practices, and platform algorithms
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of content writing or digital content creation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Grammarly, Google Docs, and basic SEO tools
- A creative mindset with the ability to think visually and write persuasively
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work
