Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, execution, and supervision of civil projects. Prepare accurate tender estimates, BOQ analysis, and project costing. Develop schedules, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges. Manage contracts, procurement, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Optimize costs through innovative solutions and risk management. Prepare detailed project reports, budgets, and forecasts. Maintain accurate project documentation and handle change orders.
