Support basic project management activities without independently leading projects.
Attend internal meetings with Nationwide teams and actively contribute to discussions.
Facilitate follow-up communications, including drafting and sending emails.
Track project progress using tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
Prepare detailed project documentation and provide actionable recommendations for next steps.
Collaborate with Nationwide on a day-to-day basis, tactically driving projects forward by scheduling meetings, ensuring deadlines are met, and tracking milestones effectively
Qualifications:
Entry-level project management certification (e.g., Google Project Management Certification).
Basic understanding of Agile methodology, including the ability to create user stories and develop release plans.
PMP certification is not required.
Work Arrangement:
