Maintain end-to-end compliance across the employee lifecycle
Thorough understanding of PF, ESIC, and other Indian labor laws.
Ensure timely registration, deduction, and remittance of PF, ESIC, and other applicable labor compliances.
Handle PF & ESIC inspections, queries, and audits.
Maintain accurate documentation and submission of statutory forms and returns.
Maintain up-to-date and error-free employee compliance databases.
Create and manage MIS reports on compliance status
Strong command of MS Excel
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Experience - 2 to 5 Years
Location would be Mumbai.
