Job Description
POSITION Project manager
LOCATION POWAI Hiranandani Mumbai
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Min Graduate.
EXPERIENCE 8+ years relevant experience
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Sound knowledge of business processes & best practices around Project and Product mgmt.
- Manage and meet project timelines and milestones.
- Experience on project management tools (preferable JIRA or similar)
- Hands on experience with agile development model.
- Knowledge of Software development life cycle(SDLC), vendor & resource management shall be an added advantage
- Handled /lead team of min 4-6 members
- Monitor projects on a regular basis, Coordinate schedule of activities related to the project
- Track team related information for the Organizational structure
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of across-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study.
- Effective resource & time management
- Good communication, presentation skills, Adept in multitasking
- Problem management, Risk management
- Preparation and support for audits
- Excellent project management skills
- Dependency management.
- Scrum certified. PMP certification would be an added advantage.

- Communicates effectively with stakeholders to identify needs, improvements and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
- Believes in Teamwork and facilitates effective team interaction.
- Able to lead team and is a self-starter and is able to drive projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive & manage projects (big /small) effectively towards completion in time, using resources judiciously & effectively and high productivity. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans. Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary).
- Maintains all proper documents related to project
- Communicates needed changes to development team.
- Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines.
- Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
- Evaluating progress and quality of test suite, Manage quality of deliverables.
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules during project execution.
- Manages, leads resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule.
- Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
