Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular status updates and progress reports.
  
• Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and PMP certification preferred.
