Job Description

Minimum qualification 10th Pass.
Experience 3-5 years in heavy engineering companies.
Preference will be given to power sector welder and Hydro runner welder.
Welder should be able to weld with GMAW, FCAW and SMAW process.
Welder should be qualified in GMAW, FCAW and SMAW process in 2G and 3G Positions for structural welding.
Welders should be able to read basic weld symbols, drawing and WPS.
Able to do self-visual inspection of PT test and also identified the PT defects.
Must be able to perform PT test and also to complete his own weld and weld rework at his own.
Welder should be able to do grinding work to complete the welds.
Preference will be given to welder who is able to perform welding GTAW & SAW process.
Preference will be given to welder who is able to perform manual gas cutting, Pug cutting and gouging process.
Awareness to maintain of 5S in his own area.
Basic awareness to environment health and safety practices.
