Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Plant Head to lead and manage the operations of our electronic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, safety, supply chain, and workforce management to ensure optimal efficiency, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall plant operations to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality electronic products.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.

Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Coordinate with R&D, procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor production schedules, KPIs, and budgets to achieve performance targets.

Optimize resource allocation, workforce planning, and shift scheduling.

Drive cost control measures and minimize downtime.

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning among plant employees.

Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and capital improvement projects.

Build and maintain a strong vendor network for materials and components.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical) or related field. Masters/MBA preferred.

15+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role within the electronics/EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) sector.

Strong understanding of SMT (Surface Mount Technology), PCB assembly, and electronic component manufacturing.

Proven experience in handling audits, ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), and ESD practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
