Position: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager
Experience- 10 years
Ctc- upto 8.5 Lpa (depends on Interview)
Working Days- 6 days
Key Responsibilities:
Possess strong working knowledge of steel productsespecially TMT Bars, MS Billets, Blooms, Ingots, Channels, I Beams, and MS Sheets (CR & HR).
Generate new business leads through fieldwork, networking, and marketing strategies to drive consistent sales growth.
Understand and manage customer requirements, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth scheduling of dispatches.
Develop and execute dispatch and transportation plans, maintaining high standards in quality, packaging, and documentation (MRN/GRN, LR, E-Way Bills, Debit/Credit Notes).
Monitor vehicle movement and logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective and efficient deliveries.
Analyze market trends and sales performance; coordinate with purchase teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless operations
Ensure accurate tracking of premium freight charges and maintain transparency in all operational documentation.
Actively participate in sales promotions and marketing initiatives to expand customer base and enhance brand visibility
