Our team in Mumbai plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination between patients, therapists, insurance partners, and billing teams in the United States. Customer Service Representative (US Mental Health Clinic) Location: Mumbai (Work from Office / Hybrid Model Possible) Shift Timing: Evening/Night Shift (Aligned to US Eastern Time) Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking mental health services. You will manage patient communication, appointment scheduling, initial insurance queries, and provide ongoing administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, empathy, and a strong understanding of service excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming patient calls, emails, and message inquiries professionally and empathetically - Explain services, clinic processes, and basic insurance information to patients - Assist new patients with onboarding, intake forms, and documentation - Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using clinic systems - Manage reminders, cancellations, and follow-up communications - Coordinate between therapists, billing staff, and patients - Maintain accurate confidential records and documentation Requirements: -1-3 years experience in customer service (preferably international clients) - Strong written and spoken English communication skills (neutral accent) - Comfortable working night/evening shifts (US Eastern Time) - Familiar with phone systems, CRM, or healthcare record tools - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Email - Professional, empathetic, and confidentiality-driven - Stable internet connection and laptop (if hybrid) Preferred Skills: - Prior US healthcare, mental health, or hospital experience - Multitasking, prioritization, and strong problem-solving skills What We Offer: - Work with a reputed US-based mental health network - Training on mental health services and US healthcare basics - Supportive work culture with international exposure - Growth opportunities based on performance - Competitive salary for right candidates How to Apply: Send your updated resume to hidden_email Subject line: Customer Service Representative - Application Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for initial screening and interviews.
