Hiring Group Reservation Manager For Oyo | Hybrid Opportunity @ OYO

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Group Reservation Manager to manage and oversee group bookings across OYOs hotel and home inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling high-volume group inquiries, converting leads, optimizing occupancy, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for group travelers (corporate, leisure, MICE, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage group reservation requests through inbound channels (email, call, B2B platforms) and outbound efforts.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, wedding planners, and tour operators.
  
• Coordinate with on-ground hotel teams to confirm availability, pricing, and special requests.
  
• Negotiate rates and terms to maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all group bookings in the CRM/reservation systems.
  
• Collaborate with revenue management to forecast demand and set competitive group pricing.
  
• Ensure seamless pre-arrival coordination, including rooming lists, billing details, and special guest requirements.
  
• Handle modifications, cancellations, and re-bookings professionally and efficiently.
  
• Provide post-stay follow-up and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
  
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on group booking performance and pipeline.
