1. Legal Associate-1
Qualification Bachelors or Masters: Bachelor of Law (BA, LLB) (should be Law Graduate)
Exp Post Qualification Required:
- Candidates holding a minimum 2-3 years of Post Qualification Experience in the field of Litigation.
- Should have passed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE)
- Should be enrolled with State Bar Council
Preferably what type of Law Exp: Experience in Commercial/Company law, Civil Law.
Working Hours / No of days ca week: 10 AM -8PM ( 6days a week) (not fixed)
Duties /Job Responsivity
- Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Legal Research & Drafting
- Conduct in-depth legal research on case laws, statutes, and precedents across practice areas.
- Draft pleadings, written statements, legal notices, affidavits, rejoinders, and written submissions.
- Prepare and vet applications under CPC, Companies Act, Consumer Protection Act, Hindu Marriage Act, and related statutes.
- 2. Litigation Support
- Assist advocates in court appearances, including preparing briefs and summarizing case files.
- Attend court proceedings at various forums (District Courts, High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, NGT, Consumer commissions etc).
- Ensure timely filing of cases, applications, and responses, maintaining procedural compliance.
- Outstation Travels for court matters and assisting Partner(s) in court appearances.
- 3. Case Management
- Maintain and update case files, track hearing dates, and coordinate with clients and court staff.
- Manage documentation related to ongoing litigation and maintain internal records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Court associated work filing, registry related work
- 4. Client Interaction
- Assist in client consultations by understanding legal problems, gathering factual data, and providing preliminary legal opinions.
- Update clients on case progress and upcoming procedural steps.
- Ensure client service standards are met with professionalism.
- 5. Compliance & Advisory
- Support in providing regulatory and statutory compliance advisory to corporate clients.
- Draft board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and legal opinions as needed in company law matters.
- 6. Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal team members, partners, to ensure smooth handling of cases.Designation: Legal Associate

Salary Appx 25,000-30,000 per month
