Manager AMDT Design @ Leading Client

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled professional with specialization in Amorphous Metal Distribution Transformers (AMDT) design. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of AMDT technology and hands-on experience in designing transformers up to 2500kVA (up to 33kV), as per IEC/ANSI standards.Key Responsibilities:
Independently design AMDTs without reliance on system software tools.Design transformers up to 2500kVA / 33kV meeting IEC/ANSI test requirements.Develop and enhance transformer design software for both Amorphous Metal and CRGO Core Distribution Transformers.Standardize and maintain design databases with PRI.Ensure compliance with international standards and support global market requirements.Provide technical support in AMDT testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.Streamline production activities and optimize factory layout for efficient material flow.Resolve production-related issues and ensure smooth coordination with manufacturing teams.Provide inputs for core manufacturing setup and assist in identifying suitable vendors.Required Skills:
Strong background in AMDT design and manufacturing processes.Excellent understanding of core loops, amorphous metal core manufacturing, and transformer assembly.Proficiency in process optimization and production troubleshooting.Exposure to international transformer standards and global market requirements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.Preferred Background:
Mandatory: Experience in the transformer industry.
