Job Description


Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator in delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring project efficiency by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA testers, and business stakeholders to help drive project success in a fast-paced tech environment. Roles and Responsibilities


Coordination support in developing and delivering solutions or projects for various customers.


Communication interaction with internal and external stakeholders.


Collaboration Liaising between development and operations team for the project scope.


Coordination of project activities, releases deployments of the project, utilizing project Management Tools like Jira, Confluence.


Work with development, business analysts,QA and operations team to develop and execute plans to test and validate applications.


Identification and escalation of critical issues or Impediments in a timely manner , adhering to Agile/Scrum processes.


Complete responsibility on coordination in assigned projects including detailed monitoring and reporting of the progress of the assigned project.


Proactive communication and documentation of project risks and mitigation plans.


Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management to make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.


Use Organisational Project Management methodologies and tools to ensure all projects adhere to the quality standards, meet customer expectations and are delivered on time and within the budget.


Monitoring and reporting of utilisation of project team and take plans of actions to improve.

Professional and Technical Skills


Experience in projects in terms of supporting Project Managers to effectively run projects.


Awareness of project processes and methods in terms of the workflow and life cycles (Knowledge in SDLC processes in general).


Exposure to Agile methodologies with understanding of concepts to effectively run Sprint related meetings, projects.


Ability to put creative and analytical thinking abilities into practice.


Good communication and collaboration skills with written language skills.


Exposure in working with global clients is an added advantage.
