Sales Head @ Ezi Nurse

Job Description

Job Summary:

Ezi Nurse is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving targets, managing high-performing teams, and scaling revenue across multiple markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.
• Ensure timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, customer acquisition rates, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align goals.
• Forecast sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present to leadership.
• Establish sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Masters in any domain ( MBA Preferred)
• 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in Edtech
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through strategic thinking and sales target achievement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
