Details
Designation: Senior Manager I/II - Cluster Manager - Zepto
Core Areas: Cluster handling, Manpower planning, Store Management.
ualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate , 4-8 years in Last Mile handling.

YourRole Store Oversight: Manage operations across city stores, ensuring SOP adherence and
operational excellence.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Store Managers, Floor Supervisors, and
ground staff to drive performance and accountability.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, replenishment cycles, and inventory accuracy
across stores.
Fulfillment & Service: Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatching while
maintaining service-level KPIs.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in store processes and implement best practices to
improve efficiency and customer experience.
Cost Management: Control manpower and operational expenses within the cluster while
improving output metrics.
People Management: Support hiring, training, and performance evaluation of store staff.
Audit & Compliance: Ensure store-level audits, safety protocols, and process compliance
are in place and followed consistently.
Reporting: Track and report cluster-wise KPIs such as fill rate, order accuracy,
shrinkage, attendance, and productivity.

What We re Looking For 4+ years of experience in retail/Q-commerce/store operations with multi-site
management exposure. Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle large teams and store setups.
Proven track record in achieving operational KPIs and optimizing store performance.
Sound knowledge of warehouse/store SOPs, inventory management, and fulfillment.
Ability to manage pressure, work across shifts, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
