Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them to achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Guidance: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to identify and achieve their academic and career goals.
2. Academic Advising: Advise students on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways.
3. Career Development: Help students to explore career options, develop career plans, and prepare for the workforce.
4. Counselling: Provide counselling and support to students who are experiencing academic or personal difficulties.
5. Assessment and Referral: Assess student needs and refer them to relevant resources and services.
6. Collaboration with Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to support student learning and achievement.
7. Parent and Community Engagement: Engage with parents and the community to promote student success and well-being.
8. Program Development: Develop and implement programs to support student success and well-being.
