Job Summary:

We are looking for an Education Counselor who can guide students and parents about our courses and help them choose the right one. You should be good at talking to people, understanding their needs, and suggesting the best options for them.

Responsibilities:

Talk to students and parents about our courses (on phone or in person).

Understand what the student wants and suggest the right course.

Follow up with interested students and help them with the admission process.

Keep a record of calls, leads, and admissions.

Reach monthly targets of enrollments.

Help with events like seminars or webinars if needed.

Requirements:

Graduation in any field.

Good communication and listening skills.

Friendly and helpful attitude.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).

Experience in counseling or sales is a plus.
