• Develop and implement strategic plans for the agency channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
• Set and monitor performance targets for agency partners.
• Provide support and training to agency partners to maximize performance.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts with agency partners.
