Job Description

Essential Skills

• Understanding the principles of SRE
• Experience or understanding of log searches like Splunk
• Experience and understanding of Schedulers such as Control M or Autosys for Batch Processing
• Must have previously worked on ticketing tools like Service Now or Remedy or Jira
• Experience in ITIL, ITSM and Incident Management
• Experience in Production Support preferably in Financial Domain
• Experience of troubleshooting issues by analyzing Application logs and interpreting root causes related to incident management.
• Experience in Java, SQL, DB2, Splunk, Cloud Fundamentals
• Experience in Unix or Python Scripting
• Experience or understanding of log searches like Splunk
• Experience in Kibana

Preferred Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in Operating System-Unix or Linux and Database-SQL
• Experience in Grafana, Loki, Oracle, Sybase
• Knowledge or experience in Alert Management tools like BigPanda, Pagerduty, etc.
• Knowledge or experience in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Integration
• Understanding/knowledge/exposure/experience of Synthetic monitoring Apica
