UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch @ Maimsd Technology

Job Description

Skills and Qualifications : - 4-6 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.- Expertise in UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.- Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers.- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Familiarity with user research methodologies and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in designing for mobile-first applications and responsive design.- Knowledge of animation tools such as Principle or After Effects is a plus.- Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for inclusivity.
