Job Description

WORK FROM OFFICE - Thane LocationExperience - For this L.O.B. of , HSC/Graduates with at least 1 year of voice based customer service experience would do
Excellent communication required
Rounds of interview- HR, Amcat, Writex test, ops

Required Candidate profile

Writex needs to be completed before ops round with a score of 65 or above/B2
Shifts - 24*7
Week off - 2 rotational week offs
Comms level - STRICTLY Cluster 1 or Cluster 2.
