Job Title : UI/UX Designer
Experience : 4+ years
Location : Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Vadodara (Hybrid)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives, and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, interactions, and workflows, iterating based on feedback and usability testing.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing UIsthat align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions, incorporating findings into design iterations.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and incorporate relevant innovations into design processes and methodologies.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and methodologies within the organization, fostering a culture of empathy, creativity, and continuous improvement.
