Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company platforms
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Support employer branding and campus hiring activities
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
Assist with candidate communication and follow-ups
Help with onboarding processes for new hires
Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as needed
