Desired Candidate Profile

Experience Graduates- -6 months --2 years experience in hr recruitment

Good communication skills

Job roles & responsibilities:

Briefly Understanding the requirements received from clients. o Managing end to end cycle of recruitment process.
o Scheduling interviews as per client's request
o Joining follow up with the selected candidates.
o Involved into End-to-End recruitment process: Sourcing candidates from
various channels, calling candidates, Screening, Scheduling, Selection, Salary
negotiation, offer process, documentation etc.
o Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment Process.
Short-listing, screening and selecting the candidates according to their skill sets
Experienced in handling multiple positions independently and Hindi is must.
