Position: Business Development Executive/Sales Executive


Job Summary:


  • Generate leads from the provided database and identify key decision-makers to initiate the insurance sales process.
  • Penetrate targeted markets/accounts and create sales opportunities for life insurance products and services.
  • Conduct daily field visits, deliver engaging sales presentations, and demonstrate insurance plans to potential clients.
  • Ensure systematic follow-up with prospects to drive timely sales closures.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal support teams to guarantee top-notch service delivery.
  • Ensure timely premium collections as per company guidelines.
  • Strictly adhere to the sales process and compliance requirements
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets consistently.

Qualifications required for Jr. Sales Manager:


  • 2-4 years experience with at least 2 years of strong sales experience in Any industry.
  • Strong sales management experience in negotiation and closing.
  • Bachelors degree in any fields.
