Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Hand on Experience on PLC about spare management- Handling EMS/ SAP, etc.
• Knowledge about the paint shop equipment like- Robots, Conveyors, Paint Pumps, Exhaust blowers, Oven Burners etc.
• Knowledge about the Plastic Molding equipments.
• Basic knowledge about pneumatics, Hydraulics, etc.
• Knowledge about frequency invertors, drives, Electrical wirings, etc.
• Basic Awareness about the 1S, 2S, & Kaizens

Specific Functional Skills Required

Manpower handling and management, have problem solving and kaizen approach to the situations, good communication skills, Knowledge of 5S,3G and 3M safety and Kaizen
