Role & responsibilities

Female Directors

• Lead the creative direction of short films and video projects
  
• Plan shots, direct actors, and oversee on-set production
  
• Collaborate with scriptwriters, editors, and designers
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
  
• Provide creative feedback to improve storytelling and visuals
  

Female Scriptwriters

• Write original scripts, dialogues, and storylines for short films
  
• Adapt ideas or briefs into compelling screenplays
  
• Collaborate closely with the director to align vision
  
• Edit and revise scripts based on team feedback
  
• Maintain deadlines and deliver polished drafts
