Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Lead to Cash (O2C) process, by ensuring seamless order execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers
• Ensure on time order booking in ERP & CRM
• Enhancing operational efficiency by streamlining workflow for Order Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage customer orders
• Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external clients to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Support sales team to close the deals and liaise with design, assembly and application teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of the projects.
• Ensuring customer escalation and requests are addressed effectively.

Preferred Profile of the candidate:

• Graduate Engineer with 10+ years, last 3-4 years in inside sales role in a reputed manufacturing company having clients in developed as well as emerging markets
• Techno-commercial savvy with excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of order management and cross functional team management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SAP
