Job Description

You will be the bridge between our clients and our creative team someone who listens, understands, and communicates the value of what we offer.

• Lead Management: Engage with leads coming through our Facebook/Instagram ads and other digital channels.
  
• Client Communication: Speak with clients on calls and WhatsApp to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
  
• Follow-ups & Conversions: Follow up consistently with warm leads and help convert them into paying customers.
  
• Service Presentation: Explain our photography and filmmaking services in a way that feels valuable, clear, and exciting.
  
• Relationship Building: Build strong rapport and trust with each client to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  
• Market Research: Understand what clients are looking for, track trends in visual media, and research competitors to keep us ahead.
  
• Team Coordination: Work closely with our photographers, editors, and filmmakers to ensure every client need is communicated and met.
  
• On-ground Support (optional): Attend expos, events, or client meetings in the city to represent the brand when required.Role & responsibilities
