Role & responsibilities
- Ensure 100% Target-Based Candidate Mobilization for All Schemes
Be fully accountable for fulfilling candidate mobilization numbers without shortfall across all schemes including PMKVY, NAPS, NATS, CSR-funded projects, fee-based courses, and international OJT programs as per project deadlines.
- Drive End-to-End Community Outreach
Conduct daily field visits, door-to-door campaigns, school/college drives, and community meetings to identify and engage potential candidates from various educational and economic backgrounds.
- Deliver Mobilization Under Tight Deadlines
Proactively respond to short-notice project requirements by activating networks and ensuring quick turnaround in candidate sourcing, avoiding any delays that may affect program execution.
- Prevent Mobilization Gaps that Risk Project Delivery
Mobilization failure or delays can harm the organizations reputation. The officer must take complete ownership to avoid under-enrollment or batch cancellations, ensuring smooth project rollouts.
- Use Multi-Channel Outreach Strategies
Leverage referrals, social media, alumni networks, local influencers, and field partners to maximize reach and meet targets across geographies and sectors.
- Work Closely with Internal Teams to Convert Leads
Collaborate with counselors, trainers, MIS staff, and project managers to convert mobilized leads into actual enrollments with proper documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain Real-Time Progress Reports
Submit daily status updates through Google Forms or CRM tools, highlighting lead count, conversions, roadblocks, and immediate action plans.
- Represent Pentapolis Foundation's Values in the Field
Act as a trusted face of the Foundation, maintaining professional conduct, transparent communication, and a community-first approach at all times.
- Continuously Monitor Local Trends and Adjust Tactics
Track on-ground sentiment, seasonal migration, candidate preferences, and competition to optimize mobilization strategies and ensure alignment with project expectations.
- Support Multi-State or Cross-Sector Mobilization Campaigns
When required, assist with mobilization efforts beyond your primary region, ensuring cross-functional support for PAN India project execution.
Preferred candidate profile
Education:
12th pass or graduate in any stream.
Candidates with a background in social work, rural development, education, or HR will be given preference.
Field Strength:
Strong grassroots-level network including SHGs, panchayat leaders, ASHA workers, youth clubs, and NGOs.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district/region on short notice.
Ownership mindset to meet urgent targets without supervision.
Communication Skills:
Fluent in local language (mandatory); working knowledge of Hindi or English is a plus.
Confident in conducting one-on-one and group mobilization sessions.
Tech Familiarity:
Comfortable using Google Forms, WhatsApp, mobile-based reporting tools, and basic Excel.
Smartphone and two-wheeler with license preferred for field efficiency.
Personality & Work Ethic:
Self-driven, high integrity, and results-focused.
Proven track record of target achievement and lead conversion.
Must have a strong sense of responsibility, understanding that mobilization failure can directly impact project delivery and the organization's image.
