Tech Talent Hiring Specialist @ Netweb Technologies

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is focused on hiring top talent across various technology roles such as Software Development, DevOps, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and more. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging skilled professionals who align with our technical requirements and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs in the tech domain.
• Draft clear, targeted job descriptions and role requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring teams.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active tech talent.
• Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, or Stack Overflow for sourcing.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g. , Zoho Recruit).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit.
