Job Description

Position: Construction Project Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia (Relocation support provided)

Industry: General Contracting / Civil Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end project delivery tendering, estimation, execution & handover

Lead budgeting, resource planning, and client coordination

Manage site teams, subcontractors & procurement

Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and cost efficiency

Requirements:

BE/BTech with over 20 years experience

Min 5 yrs in project management (execution + pricing)

Strong BOQ, estimation & contract handling skills

Ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia

Gulf experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Excellent communication & team leadership skills
