Job Role: Division Head - Rheumatology, Dermatology & Gastroenterology Business

Reliance Lifesciences is looking to hire a Division Head who can handle one of our fastest growing division with Rheumatology, Dermatology and Gastroenterology focus.

Products will be primarily Biosimilars and critical care products.

Preferred candidate profile: :

• 18 to 20 years of experience in Pharma Sales with strong exposure in Rheumatology, dermatology and gastroenterology segment
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience as National Sales Manager handling sales of critical care and Biosimilars products in Rheumatology, dermatology and gastroenterology segment
• Proven track record of driving performance, achieving organization goals, enhancing Market Share across geographies.
• Skilled in maximizing revenue opportunities by achieving the set target through effective forecasting, pricing, rate management, optimal market business mix and distribution channel mix.
• Proven skills in managing business operations with focus on top-line & bottom-line performance and skills in determining company's mission & strategic direction as conveyed through policies & corporate objectives
• Must have good connect with doctors, and customers to expand the business.
• Strong relationship building skills with clients and stakeholder
• Excellent communication skills, inter-personal, liaisoning and problem-solving skills
