Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Sales Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives, build long-lasting client relationships, and spearhead new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue goals, leading high-performance teams, and fostering partnerships that deliver mutual value.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that address client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team to deliver results.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.


Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Proposal Development:

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and proposals.
  • Ensure proposals are competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with client expectations.
