  HRGF is a fast-growing Engineering consultancy & Tech company for meeting Saudi Arabia's 2030 vision. Weve just opened our new Chennai office and are building out a team to deliver the best enterprise web applications. Role Overview:
  You'll own the design, development, and deployment of our custom HR modules on ERPNext/Frappe. After launch, you'll help build other mission-critical, customer-facing web apps in our stack. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end development of HR modules on Frappe/ERPNext (Recruitment, Payroll, Performance, etc.)
• Customize and extend DocTypes, server scripts, hooks, and UI views
• Implement REST APIs and front-end components (JavaScript/TypeScript; React/Vue optional)
• Ensure data integrity, permissions, and performance across modules
• Collaborate directly with Product and Ops, deploy releases, and iterate Must-Have Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years of hands-on ERPNext/Frappe app development and customization
• Strong Python (3.x) proficiency, plus unit-testing best practices
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills for Desk/Portal customizations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to own features end-to-end. Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with common HR processes (ATS, payroll rules, performance workflows)
• PostgreSQL tuning or basic Redis/ElasticSearch usage (not required) What We Offer:
