UI / UX Designer @ Appinventiv

Job Description

• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours.

• Analyse user feedback, analytics, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.

• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define user personas, user journeys, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product design.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate the flow and structure of an application or website.

• Develop low-fidelity (sketches, wireframes) and high-fidelity (interactive prototypes) designs that are visually compelling and functionally sound.

• Use design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or Axure to create interactive prototypes that help stakeholders visualize and validate the design.

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a solid portfolio. Experience with high-fidelity design and creating design systems.

• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, etc.).
