Job Description
Responsibilities
- Translate insights into intuitive and engaging interfaces by designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity mockups.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design intent is carried through to final implementation.
- Develop custom illustrations, icons, and visual assets that enhance storytelling, reinforce brand identity, and improve user engagement across digital products.
- Create reusable components and maintain design consistency across products through design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.
- Keep up with evolving UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and improve design quality.
- Provide developers with well-documented design specifications, assets, and guidance to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create responsive, accessible, and visually appealing designs that reflect brand identity and meet user expectations.
- Skilled in developing custom illustrations, icon sets, and visual assets to enhance user interfaces and storytelling.
- Proficient in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or Procreate for digital illustration work.
- Skilled in creating clear design documentation and providing detailed specifications for implementation.
- Strong visual storytelling and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experienced in designing map-based interfaces and tracking systems
- Understanding of mission-critical operations, and real-time tactical interfaces.
- Ability to work with layers, zoom-level visual consistency, and coordinate-based rendering.
- Knowledge of video and image editing tools for creating engaging product demos and promotional content.
