Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Manager located in Noida. The Telesales Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of telesales representatives, developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, conducting training sessions, and maintaining customer service standards. This role requires excellent communication, team management, and analytical skills. Requirement and Responsibility Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Strong Team Management and Training experience Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and market trends Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proven track record of achieving sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the IT or digital marketing industry is a plus Should know about Digital Business, Google, Social Media, Website, SEO etc. Should able to meet Sales target.,
