As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering all analytics-led projects for a top priority customer. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to reporting & dashboarding using Power BI, establishing direct data source connections to Power BI dashboards, and developing value-generating analytic use cases involving data science and statistical forecasting/modeling. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as an intermediate years subject matter expert on the Microsoft technology stack, particularly Microsoft Power BI, Azure, sophisticated analytics, and information management technology. - Rapidly simulate and understand existing applications and technical environments to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. - Take ownership of components/processes within the team and ensure timely delivery of projects. - Possess a strong understanding of databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure, as well as experience in SQL performance tuning, data modeling, SSIS, and SSRS. - Demonstrate working knowledge of various Business Intelligence Systems & Tools, including Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, Qlikview, and Spotfire. - Recommend architecture standard methodologies related to ETL, ELT, BI, and the life-cycle of an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solution. - Proficiency in MS Excel tools like Power Query, Power View, and Power Pivot is a plus. - Strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. - Experience in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry is advantageous. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Knowledge of standard methodologies and IT operations in an always-up environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent degree, preferably Masters in Business Administration.
