- Role: Team Leader - Cafe Experience || Coffee || Beverages || Location: Lucknow airport Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader Caf to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service in a dynamic caf environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and prior experience in a caf or QSR setting. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily caf operations to ensure smooth functioning Lead, train, and motivate caf staff to deliver exceptional customer service Manage inventory, stock levels, and place orders as needed Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally Assist in achieving sales targets and managing cash handling Coordinate with suppliers and vendors as required Prepare reports on sales, wastage, and staff performance Barista Knowledge is a Plus point.
