- As an Online Team Doctor (Ayurveda) at Doctor Rekha Ayurveda in Trivandrum, Kerala, your role will involve conducting virtual consultations, providing medical care to patients, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing treatments based on Ayurvedic principles. You will be responsible for educating patients, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive holistic care. Female candidates are preferred for this position. Your responsibilities will include conducting virtual consultations with patients, utilizing Ayurvedic principles for diagnosis and treatment planning, prescribing herbal remedies and lifestyle modifications, educating patients on Ayurvedic concepts and preventive healthcare, providing ongoing support and follow-up consultations, maintaining accurate medical records, and staying updated on the latest developments in Ayurvedic medicine. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an Ayurveda Doctor, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine, a valid license or certification to practice Ayurvedic medicine, profound knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with telemedicine platforms, and a commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics. Preferred skills for this position include a strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatments, and therapies, empathy and professionalism in patient interactions, good communication and counseling skills, and the ability to adapt to both offline and online consultation roles.
