Customer Support Associate - International Non-Voice Process @ Wipro

Job Description

Hiring Parameters:

• Should be a graduate with all the educational documents in place.
• Should be comfortable with Night Shift and Work from office.
• Should be staying within the cab boundary of 25 KMS from Wipro Salt Lake Sec - 5
• Should have all the employment proof as a supporting documents.
• Should have mandatory govt id proof PAN, Aadhar and Voter ID.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer relationship administration
• Meeting Customer's expectations / targets / metrics / Key Performance Indicators
• Usage of the Customer's tools / Follow up of the Customer's processes & procedures
• Management of all incoming requests.
• Management of the backlog
• Addressing all verbal requests and complaints received from the Customer
• Process improvements proposals / implementation
• Manages Customer relationship through providing daily operational support
• Keeps Customer informed of progress at all stages

Skill Required

• Computer (internet, MS Office package)
• Good command of English (both written & spoken)
• Customer relations management
• Very good verbal communication skills
• Rigorous and accurate working style
