Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Manage the complete inbound lead cycle from qualification to closure for web and mobile app development services.
  • Client Discovery: Conduct discovery calls to gather client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Proposal Creation: Create tailored proposals aligned with client expectations, scope of work, and project feasibility.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients to drive repeat business.
  • Post-Sale Support: Deliver smooth post-sale onboarding and provide client support during the initial engagement phase.
  • Prospect Follow-ups: Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure consistent movement through the sales pipeline.
  • Technical Coordination: Coordinate with technical teams to confirm scope, delivery timelines, and resource availability.
  • CRM Updates: Update and track all interactions in the CRM system, including lead status, communications, and deal outcomes.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor ongoing market trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Report weekly and monthly sales metrics, client feedback, and conversion insights to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align client needs with delivery capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT Sales, specifically for web development and mobile application development projects.
  • Must have fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in engaging and managing international clientele.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships, manage accounts, and drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
