What youll do?

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to develop new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from scratch and meeting sales quotas in the technology services industry. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close or pass on a deal to Account Executive. If you are motivated and results-driven, if you enjoy working in a team environment, wed like to meet you! Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, time management skills, a startup mindset, the ability to function successfully both as an individual and on a team and should be a globally minded individual valuing diversity.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate lead information.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute outreach campaigns.
  • Understand and clearly communicate the companys product/service offerings.
  • Report on weekly results, including the number of calls made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.
  • Learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies.

What we seek in you?

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Hindi is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales-focused environment.
