We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to identify, develop, and close high-value partnerships with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential business opportunities in the market
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure new business
• Conduct presentations and meetings to prospective business
• Assist business partners through the application and approval process
• Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional materials
• Maintain relationships with existing business associates/partners
• Track and report on business/sales metrics and pipeline status
• Ensure that all business/sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company
• policies.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and market dynamics
• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
