Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the entire onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and hiring progress.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure HR operations are compliant with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for audits.
  • Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
  • Employee Benefits & Policies: Assist in the administration of employee benefits and ensure employees are informed about their options.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve HR operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns, ensuring timely and helpful responses.

What Were Looking For:


  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle sensitive HR matters and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
