Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Inside Sales Team Member to join our dynamic sales team. In this 1-year contract role, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by leveraging data insights, building relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet our clients' needs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Account Segmentation:Review and analyze sales revenue reports to identify high-growth, declining, and new opportunity accounts. Segment accounts based on revenue trends, industry, and logistics needs.

Prioritize accounts with the highest potential for revenue growth or recovery.

Client Outreach and Relationship Building:

Conduct personalized outreach to existing and potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in logistics and procurement.

Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.

Sales Strategy Execution:

Develop and execute sales strategies to upsell additional services to high-growth accounts.

Re-engage declining accounts by addressing pain points and proposing win-back solutions.

Introduce the companys services to new opportunity accounts and secure new business.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for key accounts.

Share insights and feedback with leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Set and track revenue targets for assigned accounts.

Monitor progress toward goals and adjust strategies as needed.

Provide regular updates and reports to the Inside Sales Manager.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.

Seek feedback from clients and internal teams to improve sales approaches.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.

Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is a plus but not required.

Skills:

>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

>Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Revenue growth from high-growth accounts.

Recovery of revenue from declining accounts.

Number of new accounts secured.

Client satisfaction and retention rates.

Achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
